“We have recently transferred our ICT support to Evolve after looking at a number of providers. From the outset, we have received a professional service that has been tailored to meet the individual needs of the school. We have received common sense advice enabling us to improve and update our servers whilst staying within budget. The support and expertise offered has ensured that the transfer from our previous provider has been seamless. All outstanding issues have been addressed quickly and efficiently. Our technician is extremely knowledgeable and able to be both reactive and proactive in his approach. We receive weekly job sheets and I am now confident that our ICT provision is in safe hands.”
I have worked with evolve for the last 4 years. They were originally called to fix a network issue due to our own technical support provider could not fix. When they arrived, they did a free network survey, which pointed out many issues not being dealt with by our provider that we were not aware of. This was a massive changing point for us. When we appointed Evolve as our new technical support the improvement was immense immediately. We have never looked back and the support they provide has been wonderful, with very friendly proactive technicians. Well worth the change. They were cheaper too. I would recommend one of their free network surveys to see if your existing is up to scratch. Im glad we did.
